The Technical Support role and functions within TransIT Company ensure that the necessary support and expertise is available to underpin the overall service delivered by TransIT Departments. Technical Support should maintain an in-depth pool of technical advice and expertise to provide information, guidance and actual resources for deployment and support activities. Our Technical department has three service sections, Help Desk, Technical Services and Remote Services for supporting all over Egypt.
