The Technical Support role and functions within TransIT Company ensure that the necessary support and expertise is
available to underpin the overall service delivered by TransIT Departments. Technical Support should maintain
an in-depth pool of technical advice and expertise to provide information, guidance and actual resources for
deployment and support activities. Our Technical department has three service sections, Help Desk, Technical
Services and Remote Services for supporting all over Egypt.
Support channels :
We have three support channels available, focused to cover all our customer sites :
- The main objective of the Service Desk, but not its only objective, is to serve as a single point
of contact between our customer and IT Services Support, also it acts as a first level support to customer
- Technical Service Support team :
- To serve our customer as a second level support and acting the role of early life support for new implemented services.
- Remote Sites Support team :
- We have five remote offices with qualified resident engineers to serve our customers with minimum response and
resolution time, they receive the call from our Help Desk to solve it on the sites that under their geographical
